Overview
Literably offers a range of training opportunities to support teachers and administrators in using Literably’s various assessments: Oral Reading Fluency (ORF), Phonological Awareness, Phonics, Spelling, Rapid Automatized Naming (RAN), and Vocabulary. ORF, Phonological Awareness, and Phonics are also available in Spanish.
Literably’s trainings are designed for the following audiences:
- New teachers who have never used Literably before
- Returning teachers who need a refresher on how to leverage Literably in their classroom
- Literably admins: other users (literacy coaches, specialists, principals, directors of curriculum and instruction, etc.) who help oversee Literably at their school or district.
- Teachers and admins who are already familiar with Literably and want to learn more about how to maximize their Literably data to drive instruction and student reading growth
Literably trainings are led by a Literably trainer with multiple years of experience as a K-5 teacher or reading interventionist. Depending on the specific training, the topics covered may focus on the nuts and bolts of the Literably assessment cycle—as illustrated below—or they may go into greater depth about topics related to using Literably.
